Triage Based Emergency Care

We provide emergency care for your pets without appointments, available after hours, on weekends, and holidays. We are TRIAGE based, so your pet will be seen in the order of severity. Pets are assessed at the time of arrival to determine stability. Calling ahead helps us prepare and communicate estimated wait times.

Arrival Policy

We are an emergency clinic and do not require nor accept appointments. Feel free to bring your pet in during our clinic hours. If you your pet's condition is emergent, call first and we can be ready to assist you and your pet when you arrive at the clinic.

As an emergency facility, we will typically operate on a first-come first-serve basis. However, if an animal arrives with a life-threatening injury or medical issue, they will be seen immediately. This may cause an unavoidable wait for some animals. Please be supportive of other pet owners and their pets. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

We require all animals to be on a leash or in a pet carrier prior to entering the waiting room. If you don't have a leash or a carrier, or your pet needs assistance walking into the clinic, please contact a member of staff and we will be happy to assist you and your pet into the clinic.

ATTENTION!
Contagious Warning:

For the health and safety of all our patients, please stay outside with you pet if any of the following apply:

Please call into the lobby at (207) 273-1100 if any of the above applies to your pet.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our environment safe for all!
